I have been attending the hurstville clinic for over a couple years now and i see a beautiful therapist named Nadine , she is GREAT. Always extremely thorough with all my services and makes me feel so comfortable. I see amazing results with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and always professional, giving me her best advice and answering any questions i have , Highly recommend you see her ! X

Sharday is so rude, I booked with her to do a treatment. When I walked in she sae me and yet walked outside the shop. Some other lady came to do my treatment and did a horrible job. Won't be going back there again!

Completely a bad experience. I booked 6 sessions for facial treatment. They keep cancelling my appointments and rebook it, which takes at least another month to find a slot. Although requesting speaking with the upper management for complaint and refund, they refused…. Utterly frustrated and disappointed

The rudest staff and refuse to go there anymore. You can never get a booking even after you have prepaid for service - they never have an appointment available. Asked for manager and refund but they constantly avoid saying she’s not around. Do not go to this clinic. There is clear skin clinics around the corner and they are way better and got my business.

I booked my six session for my laser hair removal altogether and already done with my 2 session. Altogether I had horrible experience. The staff were not friendly and didn’t make me comfortable. They were only trying to finish the job quickly. In my both session I was not done the part I was supposed to get it done. In my first session they told me to rebook for the part to be done and told me to pay extra and in my second session I actually paid extra to do my laser which was so ridiculous and unfair as my friend and me bought the same package where she was getting all the parts done with same money while I was taken additional charge. I really felt unfair.

If there is ZERO star, I would rate zero!!! Worst experience ever! Don’t waste your money! Only the moment you pay the money you are the customer… staff talking to you, no actually telling you, like you are three year old stupid kid! Helena is the worst! Never smile, terrible attitude!

I have done >10 laser hair removal sessions at this practice. I gave it some time to see it's effectiveness. It's ineffective and has not worked. There is clearly some issues between the workers and management at the practice. I have experienced issues with bookings due to poor communication from their staff. I don't recommend their services at all.
